Who is eligible to participate in the T-Mobile Accessories Bundle Offer?

Any US/DC/PR/USVI resident who is at least 18 years of age who purchased an eligible Galaxy S10e, S10, or S10+ device, and at least $99 worth of select Samsung-branded accessories between 5/24/2019 and 6/18/2019 from a participating T-Mobile retailer or online is eligible. No other Samsung products will qualify customers for this rebate.

What are the eligible devices?

The eligible devices include the 256GB GS10e (all colors), 512GB GS10 and GS10+ (all colors), and 1TB GS10+ (all colors).

What will I receive with my eligible purchase in this offer?

Upon approval, any US/DC resident will receive a Visa® Reward Virtual Account in the amount of your Samsung-branded accessory purchase, which will be either $100, $110, $120, $130, $140, or $150. Upon approval, any PR/USVI resident will receive a cash check in the amount of your Samsung-branded accessory purchase, which will be either $100, $110, $120, $130, $140, or $150. For US/DC residents, when will I receive my Visa® Reward Virtual Account?

After your registration is approved, your Visa® Reward Virtual Account will be emailed to the email address you registered with in two weeks. Please note, Visa® Reward Virtual Account expires 12 months from date of issuance.

For PR/USVI residents, when will I receive my cash check?

After your registration is approved, your cash check will be mailed to the mailing address you registered with in two weeks.

How do I register for this offer if I purchased a Galaxy S10e, S10, or S10+, and select accessories?

  1. Purchase a qualifying Galaxy S10e, S10, or S10+ device, and select Samsung-branded accessories (“Qualifying Purchase”) from participating T-Mobile retailer (in store or online) between 5/24/2019 and 6/18/2019 and save your receipt.
  2. Submit an Offer claim form online, following the steps below:
    1. Visit https://promos.samsungpromotions.com/TMobileAccessoriesOffer to access the online Offer claim form.
    2. Complete and submit the Offer claim form by 7/2/2019 by following the on-screen prompts to provide the required information including but not limited to: participant’s full name (no initials), complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), valid email address, and telephone number. Participants will not be allowed to change their mailing address or email address after submitting.
    3. Provide date of Qualifying Purchase and upload a photograph of the original receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase. The file must be in .JPEG, .JPG, .PNG, .PDF, or GIF format and may not exceed 12MB.

How do I register if I purchased more than five (5) devices?

If you have multiple devices, please register each device separately through the offer claim form online.

Can someone else register my offer claim on my behalf?

No, you must register your own offer claim.

What kind of proof of purchase will I need to provide to redeem this offer?

If you’ve purchased an eligible Galaxy S10e, S10, or S10+, and select accessories during the eligible purchase period, you can use:
  1. In-Store Purchase: Save your receipt.
  2. Online/Phone Purchase: If ordered online or over phone and select accessories, please save email confirmation of purchase as well as the packing slip received with the device.
  3. If you do not have any proof of purchase, you will need to return to the T-Mobile store and request a proof of purchase that lists which device and accessories you purchased as well as its purchase date.

How do I redeem this offer if it was purchased on behalf of a business?

For 50 or more devices, please contact samsungpromotions@sea.samsung.com to obtain a registration form.

What information do I need when registering my claim?

You must have your receipt showing proof of purchase for a qualifying Galaxy S10e, S10, or S10+ device, and select Samsung-branded accessories.

If I lost my receipt/proof of purchase to the qualifying device and accessories purchase, can I still participate in this offer?

If you do not have a receipt/proof of purchase, please see your retailer and request a new receipt listing your qualifying Galaxy S10e, S10, or S10+, select Samsung-branded accessories, and the date you purchased them.

When is the latest I can register to take advantage of this offer?

You will not be able to register for this offer after 7/2/2019 and will no longer be eligible for the offer after that time.

What do I do if I registered my information, but I have not received an email or app confirmation within 24 hours?

  1. Check your registration status online here.
  2. Check your Spam folder (emails will be sent by noreply@samsungpromotions.com or noreply2@samsungpromotions.com).
  3. If there hasn’t been an update to your registration status within 48 hours, please contact Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.

What do I do if I am rejected?

You will receive an email explaining why your claim registration was rejected along with the steps to resubmit. You cannot resubmit an offer claim form more than one (1) time. Resubmissions must be completed by 7/9/2019. If you do not receive this email, please contact Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.

What can I do if I receive a networking error when uploading my receipt in the Shop Samsung app?

Please note the maximum file size allowed is 12MB. Please check your file size and try uploading your receipt again.

Where should I go if I need to resubmit my claim?

If your claim has been rejected, you can resubmit your claim with receipt/proof of purchase from the link sent in the email you have received. You can check your registration status online here.

What should I do if I’m taking a picture of my receipt, but the picture comes out blurry?

Please try to take the picture in good lighting and ensure receipt/confirmation date, qualifying device name, and select accessories are clearly readable. Please note the maximum file size allowed is 12MB.

How long will it be before I can see a status update after submitting a claim?

Please allow at least 24 hours after submitting for your registration status to be available using the email address you registered with for the offer.
