Do I have an eligible purchase?

If you purchased both a qualifying Samsung FlexWash and FlexDry machine from the 9900 or 9600 series from a participating retailer between July 11, 2019 and October 16, 2019, then you have an eligible purchase. For a list of qualifying appliances see list below. This specific offer is not valid on purchases made from Lowes, Best Buy, Costco, or The Home Depot, but please visit each retailer in-store and online to view similar offers on these products.

What is the offer?

Purchase both a qualifying Samsung FlexWash and FlexDry machine from the 9900 or 9600 series and receive a Visa® Reward Card valued up to $300 after submitting a valid Offer Claim Form and receipt. This card is issued by MetaBank®, Member FDIC, pursuant to license from Visa® U.S.A. Inc. MetaBank is not a sponsor of this offer.

When can I expect my Reward Card?

If your submission meets the Official Terms & Conditions requirements you will be sent your reward card within approximately 12 weeks from approval of Offer claim submission (please allow 2 weeks for review of your offer claim from the time of claim submission).

How do I redeem this offer?

  1. Purchase a qualifying FlexWash & FlexDry in the same transaction from a participating retailer in-store or online between July 11, 2019 and October 16, 2019 and save your receipt. Must buy both machines in the same transaction.
  2. Submit an Offer claim form:
    1. Online:
      1. Visit samsungpromotions.com/2019FlexPerfectPairOffer (“Website”) to access the online Offer claim form.
      2. Complete and submit the Offer claim form by following the on-screen prompts to provide the required information including but not limited to: participant’s full name (no initials), complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), valid email address, telephone number, and date of birth. Participants will not be allowed to change their mailing address or email address after submitting.
      3. Provide date of Qualifying Purchase and upload a photograph of the original register receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase. The file must be in .JPEG, .JPG, or GIF, format and may not exceed 12MB. Offer claim forms, including all required information and documentation, must be submitted by January 14, 2020.
    2. Mail-in: Participant must legibly and fully complete the Offer claim form found at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions and mail it with the Qualifying Purchase receipt in an envelope to The Samsung Home Appliance Flex Laundry Perfect Pair Offer, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325 (collectively, the “Mail-In Envelope”). The Mail-In Envelope must be postmarked by January 14, 2020 and received by January 21, 2020.
  3. Provide date of Qualifying Purchase and upload a photograph of the original register receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase. Offer claim forms must be submitted by January 14, 2020.

Can I submit for more than one qualifying purchase?

There is a limit of one (1) Reward per household. Each household must purchase both a qualifying Samsung FlexWash and FlexDry machine and meet the purchase requirements.

I bought the Samsung Appliance Product from a non-participating retailer, am I eligible for this Offer?

No, only purchases from a participating retailer are eligible for this offer.

I previously bought qualifying products in one single transaction from a participating retailer, can I still participate in this Offer?

No, only home appliances purchased between 7/11/2019 - 10/16/2019 are eligible for this Offer.

What information do I need to submit?

You must have your receipt in hand to fully complete the submission process. Once you have your receipt, follow the prompts and complete all required forms on https://samsungpromotions.com/2019FlexPerfectPairOffer to complete your submission.

Where do I find serial numbers on my home appliance?

Check the side trim and bottom of your appliance. If you continue experiencing difficulty in finding your serial number, please contact Samsung customer service at 1-866-888-5503.

I lost my receipt/proof of purchase to the qualifying home appliance purchase; can I still participate?

No, a valid receipt/proof of purchase is mandatory for participation in this Offer.

What happens if I don’t submit my information online by January 14, 2020?

You will no longer be eligible for the Offer.

What do I do if I get the error message “Invalid Serial Number” when inputting my serial number for my home appliance?

Please make sure that you have entered all 14 or 15 digits.

What happens if I’m having problems submitting my claim?

If you are unable to complete an Offer Claim Form due to an error, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.

How can I check the status of my claim?

After you receive your registration confirmation email, you may visit https://promos.samsungpromotions.com/info/checkstatus to check your status. Follow the instructions to see your status. Please allow at least 24 hours after submitting your offer claim before checking the status of your submission.

I submitted my information but I haven’t gotten an email confirmation in 5 business days. What do I do?

  1. Please be sure to check your Spam folder (emails will be sent by noreply@samsungpromotions.com)
  2. If you still have not received an email, please take a look at your submission status by following the instructions under “How can I check the status of my submission?”
  3. If there hasn’t been an update to your status within 10 business days, please contact Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.

What is my course of action if I am rejected?

You will receive an email with why you were rejected and steps to resubmit. Resubmissions must be completed before 11:59:59 PM ET on January 21, 2020. If you don’t receive this email, please contact Customer Support at 1-866-888-5503.

How do I get my Visa® Reward Card?

Visa® Reward Cards to be sent to approved participants at the address submitted when registering for the promotion within approximately 12 weeks after verification of offer claim form/receipt and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
